Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda began with a simple act of love—caring for 13 vulnerable children—and has grown into a family dedicated to providing shelter, education, and guidance to those in need. Here, we believe that every child deserves not only care, but also dignity, opportunity, and a brighter future.

At our home, children are supported to learn, grow, and develop through education, good morals, faith, and daily care. We are committed to raising confident, responsible, and self-reliant individuals who will positively impact their communities.

Bshop Friday Daniel is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda. His journey began with a heart of compassion when he welcomed 13 vulnerable children from a church setting into his own home, offering them care, love, and hope.

Driven by faith and a deep commitment to serve the less privileged, he later expanded his vision by establishing both an orphanage and a school to support the children’s education and overall development. Through his leadership, many children have found not only shelter and education but also a renewed sense of purpose.

Monica Bihira serves as the Accountant at Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda, where she plays a key role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper management of resources that support the children.

She is responsible for handling financial records, budgeting, and ensuring that all donations and funds are used effectively to meet the needs of the orphanage, including education, food, beddings, and general care of the children.

Ajambo Caroline Linnet serves as the Program Manager at Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda, where she plays a central role in coordinating daily activities and ensuring the smooth running of programs that support the children’s welfare and development.

She oversees child care programs, education support, and community engagement activities, working closely with staff to make sure every child receives proper care, guidance, and access to essential services.

Beyond providing shelter and education, the children actively take part in daily life skills and community activities. They help in simple chores, learn how to care for their environment, and grow crops where possible—just like in a traditional home setting. These activities teach responsibility, teamwork, and independence.

The orphanage is also filled with moments of joy. Children engage in games, music, singing, and dance, expressing their talents and building confidence. Through these activities, they learn to work together, appreciate one another, and celebrate life despite challenges.

Spiritual growth remains a strong foundation. The children regularly come together for prayer, guidance, and fellowship, nurturing faith, discipline, and hope.

We also encourage good hygiene practices, social behavior, and moral values, ensuring that each child grows into a well-rounded individual ready to face the future.
