A Story of Hope – Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda
It all began with a simple act of love.
In a small church, 13 vulnerable children found care, hope, and a place to belong. Guided by compassion, Bishop Friday opened his own home to them, providing the little he had and trusting God for the rest.
As word spread, more children in need came, and what started as a small gathering quickly grew into a mission. Seeing the importance of education in breaking the cycle of poverty, Bishop Friday went a step further—establishing not just an orphanage, but also a school to give these children a future.
Today, Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda stands as a home of hope, where children are nurtured, educated, and empowered to dream again.

Bshop Friday Daniel is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda. His journey began with a heart of compassion when he welcomed 13 vulnerable children from a church setting into his own home, offering them care, love, and hope.
Driven by faith and a deep commitment to serve the less privileged, he later expanded his vision by establishing both an orphanage and a school to support the children’s education and overall development. Through his leadership, many children have found not only shelter and education but also a renewed sense of purpose.
Monica Bihira serves as the Accountant at Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda, where she plays a key role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper management of resources that support the children.
She is responsible for handling financial records, budgeting, and ensuring that all donations and funds are used effectively to meet the needs of the orphanage, including education, food, beddings, and general care of the children.
Ajambo Caroline Linnet serves as the Program Manager at Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda, where she plays a central role in coordinating daily activities and ensuring the smooth running of programs that support the children’s welfare and development.
She oversees child care programs, education support, and community engagement activities, working closely with staff to make sure every child receives proper care, guidance, and access to essential services.
Beautiful ICLAM Orphanage Uganda urgently needs support to construct safe and adequate toilet facilities for the children. Proper sanitation is essential for protecting their health, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Currently, the available facilities are not enough to serve the growing number of children, putting them at risk of poor hygiene and related illnesses. Your support will help us build clean, safe, and sustainable toilets that will greatly improve living conditions at the orphanage.

Access to safe and clean sanitation is a basic need every child deserves. The children at the orphanage currently face challenges due to limited toilet facilities, which puts their health and dignity at risk.

A strong perimeter fence will provide protection, ensuring that the children can live, learn, and play in a secure space without fear. It will also help create a controlled environment where their movements are safeguarded, especially for the younger ones who require constant care and supervision.
Beyond security, a fence promotes dignity and stability. It clearly defines the home, giving the children a sense of belonging and protection. It also helps in maintaining order and preventing external disturbances that may affect their daily routines.

Soon after, the day unfolds into learning. The children are guided on how to read and write, opening doors to knowledge and a brighter future. With every new word learned and every sentence written, their confidence grows.
Beyond the classroom, life lessons are gently instilled. They are taught the importance of good morals—respect, kindness, honesty, and responsibility. These values shape how they treat one another and the world around them.
Hygiene is part of their daily routine. The children learn to keep themselves and their environment clean, understanding that good health begins with simple habits. They also develop positive social behaviors, learning how to live, share, and grow together as a family.
In this home, it is not just about care—it is about building lives.
